- Guests are required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure

Amaroo’s prime location offers easy access to Pukekura Park, known for its scenic trails, tranquil lakes, and gardens, as well as the annual Festival of Lights (December–January). Fitzroy Beach, perfect for surfers and beach lovers, is also nearby.
All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties. Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days.
