This stunning vacation rental in New Plymouth offers the perfect blend of scenic oceanfront strolls and vibrant city experiences. Located beside the renowned New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, guests can easily access some of the city's best attractions. With the newly completed Destination Kawaroa nearby, Kawaroa Park View is ideally positioned for enjoying world-class recreational spaces just steps from your accommodation. A short stroll leads into the vibrant CBD, home to arts, culture, boutique shopping, lively bars, and cozy cafés.



The thoughtfully decorated property creates a warm and inviting retreat, with sunshine streaming in to provide a cozy sanctuary after a day of adventure. The living area opens to a spacious deck, where you can unwind with a glass of wine while admiring the breathtaking Pōhutukawa-framed views of the sparkling blue water.

The property team were very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless and very tidy. The beds were very comfortable and bed linen very nice..The location was great and a leisurely stroll to the CBD, approx 5-10mins. The Aquatic center with a café and is a 2min walk away and enjoyed swimming there.Over all a great place to stay and will definitely stay again
