「We had just one night, but felt it to be a true homebase for a visit. First, of note, was the very (!) comfortable bed , thoughtful amenities --including a TV with streaming subscriptions all loaded. along with added space to settle in the sitting room which had a fridge and freezer. The centrality of this charming historic property --within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants, book store and shops--was of importance to us. 「We couldn't turn the AC on the first night, it was regulated by the staff from some other location, second it didn't work properly, they had a fan which wasn't great, but it was something,The room was ok, but a bit quirky. they had a ton of rules, and things not to do. As a whole it was very disappointing.」
