Great stay in New Orleans!

My friends and I had a girls trip in New Orleans and had an amazing time at this residence. The space was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready. We loved the location and had no issues whatsoever with the area or the check in process. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Great location, terrific accommodations

This property was impeccable from the booking, to the check-in, room layout, and location to the action. Communication with the host was terrific and we will incredibly impressed with the entire process. We will book again in a heart-beat!

Solid spot for a large party

I booked this place for my brother's bachelor party and was not disappointed. We comfortably slept 9 people and were close to all the fun stuff off Bourbon and Frenchmen st. We didn't use the hot tub (our loss) but that is certainly a nice touch. Great communication from the host.

Stayed here for Mardi Gras

Great spot, especially for a larger group of people. All ten of us had our own bed. It was an easy 25 minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter.

Beautiful house

Kelly was very attentive to our needs. It was a walk or short Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. We were able to experience New Orleans in a neighborhood setting.

Amazing, historic house—walking distance to FQ, Frenchmen; great for large groups; responsive host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Graham’s house. We were in New Orleans for a bachelor party, and his house was perfect for our large group. Big, historic house; walking distance to FQ and Frenchmen; and great eats and dives nearby. Comfortable beds, amazing hot tub, the entire layout was great for our group. Graham is a wonderful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Awesome Experience

Graham was a great host. The house was perfect for a large group, there was so many beds. We had 13 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. Place was clean and in a great location for stumbling home from Bourbon Street. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but honestly the neighbors were really nice and I wouldn't let looks discourage you from walking from the house to downtown. All in all amazing spot and highly recommend.

Beautiful house

The interior of this home was beautiful and there was a lot of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Neighborhood was a little concerning in appearance so I would not recommend walking around outside but we had no problems during our stay. Graham was very friendly and responsive

Great for families!

Spent the weekend at this wonderful property! We had ten adults, four teenagers, and three kids under ten. There was comfortable space for everyone and the house was within easy walking distance, but far enough that we didn’t hear late night revelers. The house is nicely furnished and decorated, but the decor was practical and we didn’t have to worry about the kids breaking things! Highly recommend for family groups!

New Orleans

Our house was a beautiful 5 bed, 5 bath home. The neighborhood looked to be part of a revitalization of NOLA. The only drawback was the street itself. As with a number of New Orleans streets, it was pretty rough. Unfortunately on our last day, the street workers decided to jack hammer, etc at 6am! What a wake up call! With the exception of our wake up call, our stay in our VRBO was wonderful! I highly recommend Graham as a host.

Great House for a Large Group

This house was a great option for a large group of 10. We had plenty of beds and space to spread out. Family room was large with ample Seating for all and a giant TV. The owner was super easy to get a hold of and always responsive to any questions we had. Though the neighborhood is not in a popular tourist area, it’s walkable to the French quarter. We found a great number of bars and cafes within a 10 minute walk. The back courtyard is also a nice spot to gather. We also found a nearby community center on the same street that was a great place to take our unopened food and drinks - which felt so much more rewarding than throwing them away. I would definitely rent this place again if I returned to NOLA with a big group.

Beautiful house with disappointments

The house was spacious for our group of 10 mature adults. For most part, the interior is very nice looking. Nicely decorated. We loved the wood and brick inside. The complimentary bottle of Cab was a nice welcome touch and we appreciated that. The housekeeper, we saw upon arrival, was very nice and informative. The comfort of mattresses was so-so. Backyard does not look anything like the pictures. That was a big disappointment. As was the hot tub full of live roaches. The owner took a long time to reply once we were there. Neighborhood was bit scary and there were gun shots fired one night nearby, with 1 casualty. Some fixtures were lose, and we had to tight them to use them. Nightstands in our master bedroom and the dresser had screws and some other furniture pieces in multiple drawers. Cold and hot water are connected the opposite way so some of our travelers thought there was no hot water when they showered. This is a beautiful house, with a great potential, but unfortunate disappointments as well.

Great house for a big group!

The house was perfect for my friends and I for my bachelor party! It was easy to get to bourbon street and other areas from our location. I would recommend staying here!
