Step inside to find natural light washing over curated local artwork and thoughtfully chosen décor that captures the soul of the city without sacrificing comfort. The living area centers on a 50-inch HDTV with Roku for streaming, and fast Wi-Fi plus a dedicated workspace in the common area keep you connected whether you're catching up on work or planning tomorrow's itinerary. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan ensure the temperature is always right.

Sleeping arrangements
Two well-appointed bedrooms are designed for genuine rest. The king suite includes its own en suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed - both dressed in quality linens with room-darkening shades to block out the morning light. Clothing storage is generous throughout, with a walk-in closet, additional closet space, and a dresser at your disposal.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. Bosch appliances - refrigerator, electric stove, and single oven - anchor the space, alongside a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee machine (coffee provided). Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet round out the setup, and a dining table for four makes it easy to eat in whenever the mood strikes.

Bathroom
Two full bathrooms serve the home, each supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are on hand, and a first aid kit is kept in the unit for peace of mind.

Family & extras
Families are well accommodated - a pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding high chair are both available upon request, and the host can point you toward trusted babysitter recommendations. In-unit washer and dryer are free to use, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Building & parking
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless, and the building elevator provides single-level access to the unit - no stairs inside the home. Free garage parking on the premises is included, a genuinely rare find in this part of the city.

Neighborhood
Three blocks from the French Quarter, the location is as central as it gets. Bourbon Street, Creole restaurants, art galleries, museums, and the St. Charles streetcar are all close at hand. The condo is equally well-placed for New Orleans' biggest events - Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, New Year's Eve fireworks, and the Allstate Sugar Bowl among them.

Good to know
Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are all present in the unit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Cleaning service is available during your stay.
