The foldout couch was broken when we arrived and my friend had to sleep on the regular couch. There were stains on the sheets and the headboard. Tbey brought us fresh sheets in a garbage bag and left them in the middle of the kitchen. They came by to check on other things and came into our room without letting us know and left the front door unlocked and ajar while we were out.

Room was spacious and all items that came with the room were as described. However, the quality of the items were not great and the building had a really foul smell. The pull out sofa bed sunk really bad and barely had any support. This place has a lot of potential of being great but I feel like the property managers are charging premium prices with the least minimum amount of investment in providing a quality product. I would not recommend this place for the price we paid for the unit and will not be coming back.

The property was close enough to walk to my events I attended. Easy to drive around to and from. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time being there with my friends.

The rooms were more than adequate, it didn’t feel like a hotel either! The huge tub and an extra half bath were nice as well. Only complaint would be the condition of the elevators.

The condo we rented was on the 14th floor. The elevators smelled terrible and the 14th floor had dog pee and poop on the floors every day. They did clean the hallways one day. But then whoever had dogs just let them pee and poop on them again. Then one day there was dog pee in the 1st elevator. Which someone eneded up slipping and falling in. I assume its a resident on the 14th floor who has the dog. The elevators smelled bad every day. Kind of like a seafood restaurant dishwashing room or trash bin. Not sure why they smelled so bad. The condo we were in was clean and everything in the condo was great. It was just getting to the room every day that was bad. Everything was dirty besides our room. Even the pool. Would probably not rent this property again. The rest of our group had other rooms on other floors and had several issues of thier own. Will let them do thier own reviews to go into those issues.

The mattress on that bed is terrible me and my husband didn’t get no rest moved to the sofa let it out the mattress out on the sofa it was terrible we had 3 restless nights and for the money we paid for them 3 nights we couldn’t even enjoy our vacation not to mention we didn’t even have face towels or nothing

The condo itself was great. No complaints for where we slept, and all the necessary things, even pretty on the inside of the room. BUT and this is a big but, the garage to get in smelled everywhere of piss. The stairs were dreadful, not clean, stinking, and with lots of trash. The pool was not a pool, but an oversized bathtub. With way too many people in at any given time. But the roof hangout was a fun time despite the small pool. Excellent fitness area. The outside of the building was best described as sketchy. We might stay here again, but for the price, we will probably try somewhere else nicer.

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to put an honest review out there so people can make an informed decision. The location was convenient walking distance to everything which was nice. The unit itself was decent and was nice to have apartment like amenities. The property itself was NOT good. When we arrived every parking space we pulled in to in the attached parking garage had dead rats on the ground when we opened the door. The entire building smelled awful - I don't even know how to describe it (thank God the smell wasn't in the room itself). The rooftop patio was nice but the pool was not as pictured- more like a cold swim spa with the material chipping off and the decking around the pool coming loose - there is a black fence all the way around the pool as well. There were cockroaches near the elevators as well. Last but not least the room I initially booked with a king bed and pull out was changed at the last minute and I was offered a lesser room. I was told I could cancel if I wanted but it was literally on the day we were to arrive to start our vacation and I did not have time to try to find another hotel. I could continue but I think this is an adequate description.

Good location to easily walk to many restaurants as well as Bourbon Street. A little further to French Quarter but still within 30 min by foot.

The location is excellent with walking distance to French Quarter and a lot of shops bars and restaurants. The room was very clean with the exception of a rug in the bedroom that has had better days. Some of floor boards in the living room need to be replaced. They were too small and had large gaps in some areas. I'm not sure what was happening with the property itself but there was a HORRIBLE smell of fish and trash throught the entire building. We traveled with family and friends who were on different floors and the smell was the same. The only way the smell didn't stay in the rooms was if the A/C was on around 67 degrees. Other than that it was good stay.

This space was a great value in a great location. Room was as described, it was a large space considering the downtown location and price. The bed was super comfortable, but the pull out sofa was less comfortable than average pull out sofa. I do feel like the listing pictures of the pool were intentionally misleading, it's basically the size of a large hot tub, so it definitely used some really creative camera work or digital editing to create the listing pictures. There's are definitely other "high value" downtown hotels with amazing rooftop pools (the Holiday Inn just a block over for example) if that amenity is important to you. Also, while our individual room didn't smell unpleasant, the lobby and hallways are quite pungent with seafood and urine-like odors. It is a shared building with a parking garage and trash area of a seafood restaurant, but it was very difficult for some in our group and they would cover their faces coming in and out. The windows (even on floors 12 and 14) block much less sound than other downtown NOLA hotels we have stayed at, so that should be considered for light sleepers.

It was fairly noisy at night with people revving engines and such but did ok with a sounds machine and ear plugs. I was disappointed by how small the pool was. It was nice because it was so close to everything though, especially since our vehicle had issues and was out of working order for several days until it was fixed. It was also helpful to be able to get food close by as well. I’m guessing the smell in the halls is from the seafood restaurant that is close. Thankfully, the condo did not smell like the hallway. Overall, decent for the price.

The main living area has water damage going down the wall from the ceiling. The half bathroom I had to open the tank up to rig the toilet to flush. Both bathrooms in the bathrooms have active mold. Which I have pictures of. I have asthma and COPD with other lung issues. This was by far scarier than being enclosed room with 90 people. This was supposed to be relaxing before my surgery and that is not what I experienced. What they call a pool is wrong. It's a hot tub for four.
