Mike was very accessible and his property is a great place to stay. In easy walking distance of all the fun things to do in the French quarter. Plenty of space for large groups.

Food, Music and a little football

I stayed in this house with 4 friends over a long weekend. I have been to New Orleans several time and love the food and music. We tend to walk most of the time and only Uber when we need to. This house is a perfect location for walking to a number of different areas for both food and music. The house has plenty of space for a group our size. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay in this house again.

A Nola experience

Best way to experience New Orleans. Walking distance to everything you need. Beautiful place and super clean. Great communication with the host and they went above and beyond to accommodate. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again.

we came across the perfect listing to accommodate our needs for 10 guys to all stay comfortably in town for the football game. lots of food and drink options easily walkable in proximity to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. the street car was easily accessible as well. would definitely recommend this spot to a larger group looking to take in the wonderful city of New Orleans. even has on-site parking which was great for our rental van. id 100% rent this spot again. had great communication w the property manager as well. overall a great experience and highly recommend this property.

Combined bachelor/bachelorette party

We used this duplex for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and it was perfect for our stay! We had one house for the girls and one for the guys. It was separate where we could have our girl time but then hang out with the boys outside on the patio later on. The space was big enough for all 19 of us and we did not feel over crowded or like we were on top of each other. We still had some extra beds left over! Mike was awesome as well, he came by to check in on us when we first got there to give us the lay of the land and give us some local recommendations. He was the best. Would definitely book this property for a bachelor/bachelorette, family reunion/family get together or just a trip with your friends! Great location, so you’re not in the crowds of bourbon street but close enough to walk.

Great Location & Parking

A group of friends and family went for a weekend birthday celebration. The rental is an easy walk to the quarter and cheap Uber to everything else! Nicely equipped kitchen. Gated parking. Great stay all around!

Perfect place for a group with easy access to Quarter/Frenchemns

We had a 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone - great patio out back - walking distance to everything we wanted to do and easy Uber pickups - perfect place for anyone visiting NOLA and Mike was super easy to work with and a great communicator
