This place by far was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I like to have a small kitchenette wherever I go just cause I like to make drinks and it tops it. It is a basically a small apartment. It’s beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet if you’re looking to stay at a Place that’s better than a hotel than this is the place. It’s also in a safe area. Parking was easy if I ever go back I will definitely stay here again. It reached my expectations and then some not to mention the price was almost as much as stayingat a hotel or less and you get way better of a place.

Spacious, well appointment apt. in great location!

Very spacious and clean apartment, and clean building. The apartment was well equipped with everythng we needed. It was just a short walk to the St. Charles trolley line making it easy to get down to the French Quarter or uptown to the Garden District. And it was a perfect location for us since we needed to get to the nearby Amtrak station in the morning. When we arrived my 9 year old grandson noticed that some of the slats on the window blinds were bent. He was so worrried that we would be blamed for it that he had me take pictures to show that it was that way before we arrived. :-) I included the photos here--they really were not that bad. We were here only overnight, but it would have been great to spend a few days in this well appointed, comfortable space.

Broken appliances

Property would be 10/10 BUT lots of the rooms have appliances that don’t work. Our fridge did not work and others complained of their washer/ dryer not working. This was a huge inconvenience bc we had to eat almost every meal out for a week when we had planned to eat some meals in to cut down on costs.

We rented a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a full kitchen, couch pulled out into a bed, and a washer and dryer. everything was fine except for the dryer not working. with the dryer not working, it was hard to get resupplied on towels. the floors were also concrete, so kind of hard to walk on bare foot. all in all it was a pleasant stay.

I did not like that maintenance came five later to mop. I paid for early check -in only for the floors to be flooded. I could not use the space. Then told me the turnaround time on the second time the place flooded was 24 to 48 hours. Doorhandle fell off dryer were not working the toilet on the first floor of my two-story rental was not bolted to the ground. The bed collapsed because the planks were missing from under it, and some were broken. This was my second time renting one off their units the first time the air conditioning went down! I should have never returned!

The apartment itself? Loved it. Clean, cozy, and exactly what I expected. But one of the main reasons I booked this place was because it had a washer and dryer, keyword: and. The washer did its job, no complaints there. The dryer, however, decided to sit this one out. I reached out to the host, got a quick reply saying a tech would be contacted, so I thought, “Perfect, handled!” Nope. Hours went by nothing. I followed up. Crickets. Followed up again. More crickets. I ended up staying three more days with zero communication and had to turn the apartment into a DIY laundromat just to dry my clothes. Honestly, it would’ve been a 5-star stay, but if you’re going to advertise amenities, make sure they work or at the very least, respond when guests reach out. A little communication goes a long way.

The photos the actual photos of the property. I really love how the smart tv was setup to watch just about any app or movie to your choice. The kitchen was perfect! The sofa was full size, which is a plus.Everything was amazing other than the dryer disfunction, and old leakage on the brick wall was questionable. Also the sheets didnt look 100 percent clean.

The building itself was very cool and the unit seemed pretty at first glance. Temperature controlled off site and would warm up at night (despite them telling you to adjust from unit- you are not able to), bathroom fans don’t work and one hanging from the ceiling (and disgusting with mold), master shower leaks (like river running through the room), floors are polished concrete so extremely slippery with water leaking. I communicated this all several times overs a few days, always being told maintenance would be in touch but never was. We finally checked out a day early. With the AC warming up and the fans not working, it was constantly mildewy and damp. Overall just felt dirty and uncomfortable by the end. They were really prompt at responding but never actually did anything. Overall disappointing.

1. Force of water in shower was weak. Bathroom not clean. Toilet not clean We had to clean the whole bathroom. Carpet in one of the rooms was very old and torn and dirty. Not even vacuumed. We had a very bad experience overall. Will not recommend anyone.

I checked in with my guests last month. At first glance, everything looked okay and visually appealing. However, upon closer inspection, the space was not very clean. The floors were dusty, and the area rug in the living room was filthy. The central air stopped working on the first day, and there was no air circulation. A few hours later, we discovered urine in the corner of the shower. One morning, it rained heavily, and I woke up to a large puddle in one of the bedrooms caused by a leak from the ceiling. I reported all of these issues to both maintenance and the host at the time, but no one ever responded or addressed them.
