Birthday getaway

Lovely place for a group to stay. Excellent location, good set up. We took their suggestion to have a shrimp and crawfish boil and that was great!

Great place for a great time in the French Quarter

Beautiful property in great proximity to all of the French Quarter, but really nice for Marigny and Frenchman St.

Perfect Group House

The houses are so beautiful and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were amazing and we highly recommend doing a craw fish broil in the outdoor space - not to mention the location is walking distance to so much!

80th & 21st Birthday Celebration

This was an amazing property if you're looking to find a place for a large group. It had the perfect New Orleans look and feel, was super cozy and really fun. Great indoor and outdoor gathering space for the 13 we had staying plus others dropping in. Walking distance to the French Quarter, fun dive bars next door, fantastic beignets across the street, and street car about a block away. The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything was just right. Also, they left very clear instructions and a very helpful list of things to do, including a shrimp and crab boil on the property. We would stay here again!

New Orleans birthday get together

Our stay was fantastic. The place was exactly as advertised, and the perfect fit for our group. We loved the decor, the location and the pool and spa. The hosts were very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend this property and appreciated our stay!

We would come back!

Extremely clean and historic house, great location, pool was a hit, and new bedding on the beds. Located near some bars so there was some noise at night if that is an issue for your group.

Beautiful property full of New Orleans charm

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Our group of 11 women spanned three generations—my grandmother, her daughters (my aunts), and all of us grandkids (my cousins). The house was perfectly set up for a big group like ours. We had plenty of space to gather, laugh, and hang out, but also lots of cozy corners where you could sneak away with a book and unwind.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short walk to Frenchmen Street—close enough to enjoy the fun, but far enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Plus, there’s an awesome local coffee shop just around the corner, which was a huge bonus.The house itself was super clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully organized. We had everything we needed. The property manager was incredibly responsive and kind—always quick to help with any questions.We made so many amazing memories here, and I’d absolutely jump at the chance to stay again. It was truly special for our family.

Marigny stay

Wonderful property near Frenchman Street, very comfortable, well furnished including a number of umbrellas. Pool was very welcome option to cool down during our hot summer vacation. Check-in and ceck-out very easy. We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect NOLA Paradise

Had a girls weekend here and it was just perfect. The house is decorated beautifully, had everything that we needed. Good location, short walk to Bourbon St and French Quarter. Grocery store/ Starbucks right across the street. 10/10 Good Stay!!

Nola Long weekend

This house was great. Comfortable and lots of space for a group trip. The outdoor space is very nice. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa this trip. Good location. Easy walk to Frenchmen St and Bourbon St. plenty of good restaurants and entertainment nearby.

A must stay place for large groups

Check in process for the house is seamless. Home owner was quick to address and questions prior to trip. Property is located with in easy walking distance of the places you want to be in New Orleans. Be careful of some of the doors when it rains they can be hard to close but over all the house and its accommodations are worth it.

Fun Celebration Weekend

We planned a weekend celebration for friends and family in New Orleans. 10 of us stayed at the house and it was more than enough room for all of us. The pool and common area between the houses served as a great coffee and happy hour spot for everyone. The location is convenient to the Quarter and Frenchman Street. Had a great time!

7 40 year olds enjoyed their stay

The place is a lot better looking in person. The photos don’t capture how clean and bright things are. The tall ceilings help. We enjoyed the pool and outside area and the large amounts of bedrooms. It’s in a great location in that it’s a short walk to all the nightlife but on a quiet enough block so it isn’t chaotic.

NOLA state of mind

This was not my first time to NOLA but it was my first time staying in what I felt like was the heart of things. The house is so cute! Seems like most is the original architecture and whoever did the decor is amazing. It was the perfect mix of old and new. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Walking distance to most things with plenty to eat and drink nearby. The grocery store was a quick walk across the street. I definitely recommend!

Bachelorette Paradise

This property was beyond amazing! I stayed here for my bachelorette party, total of 9 girls, and everything was perfect! Location: 10/10 - grocery store + coffee shops were a short 2-minute walk away, Frenchmen Street was also a short walk, and Bourbon Street was a short Uber away. Area felt safe and very well situated for exploring. Amenities: central air worked well and saved us in the August heat! The pool was delightful and a perfect size/temperature. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for light cooking/eating. Bedrooms were so comfortable, and everyone had enough room. There were also plenty of outlets and USB outlets. Communication: messaging with the hosts was very easy. They were very responsive to all requests/questions, and we felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this property for any groups looking to visit NOLA, and I'd happily come back again myself!

House needs some minor repairs. Tub didn’t drain well, round showers hard to keep water inside basin. Some photos outdated. Exterior courtyard doors very flimsy and not secure. Most bedrooms did not have any way to hang clothes. Kitchen well stocked.

The Best Overall Experience!!

From beginning to end, this stay was nothing short of incredible!! We stayed here for a girls weekend and were greeted by Tyler upon our arrival. He was informative, fun, and so welcoming! The photos do not do the house justice- it is impressive. Every little detail is historic, very NOLA, and so so cool. Each room is unique and well put together with amazing conveniences like soft sheets, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The pool and spa were perfect for a pool day and the location can’t be beat. The communication from Josh leading up to the stay was so detailed and helpful. Planning a trip for 15 women is overwhelming, and Josh made the lodging portion so simple. He sent a map of the property with beds in each room prior to the stay, recommendations for places to go, and was there for any small questions I had. This was hands down the best VRBO stay any of us had ever had! We were so sad to leave this charming house!

THE BEST!!!!

I cannot tell you in words how amazing this property is. It is clean, so comfy, NOLA inspired, roomy, and has everything and I do mean everything you need or could ever want. My family and friends had space to relax, AC to cool down, and a pool to enjoy! The Ruby is just steps away, we also enjoyed a Drag Show steps away from our front door at Mags. This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all things NOLA. Bourbon, Frenchmen just 7-10 min walking distance. Close enough but far enough to escape. I can’t thank the owners enough for sharing this space, and making life easy for the week we were there. If you stay, please respect this property. It has a lot of history, and is full of amazing furnishings. Thank you!!

Fabulous Location & Amenities Great for Large Groups

We booked this property for a 40th birthday celebration. NOLA holds a special place for me (birthday girl) and we decided on a big gathering of friends and family to celebrate. This house can sleep up to 20 guests however, it is best for more couples than single people as all but one room has queen/double or king beds. On that note the beds were extremely comfortable! This location was perfect for getting to and from all of the fun things we had planned, like The National WWII museum and the French Quarter. The location also has plenty of street parking and we never had to park more than a few feet away at any given time. The house has so much charm and is really well appointed. Both houses have laundry machines for as needed laundry. The kitchen is well appointed to cook for a whole group. The pool was DIVINE! We spent almost every afternoon/evening cooling off in the pool. The courtyard was a great spot for all of us to hang out and enjoy the group time. The host was masterful at communication from beginning to end. Prior to arrival he emailed very detailed instructions for check in/out including property layout and several attachments of great places to eat. We used the recommendations regularly! I was able to print all of this out and put in a folder for everyone to access while we visited. Checking in and out was simple with the help from Tyler who was a delight with all of the details. I loved this property so much. We will definitely be back!
