Location was about a mile from Bourbon street and a little over a mile to the French Quarter. Walkable . If any cooking is to be done in the kitchen there is minimal supplies . Only salt and pepper . Some oil . There is luggage storage available in the gym . You will need to contact them for that info . It is enough space for multiple luggage bags .This info is not shared on the listing . Grocery store about 1 mile away as well . Uber readily services the area if rides are needed . But cute place .

The condo was perfect for 2 couples exploring NOLA. We had our own bathrooms, bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with coffee, soft drinks and waters. The location was great and the communication was excellent! We felt safe with the door codes and condo was quiet.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The team managing the property does a fantastic job! Romeo, Cami, and Kady, thank you for all of your help. Also thank you to the housekeeper we met during our visit. She was very friendly and helpful!The unit is well maintained and nicely equipped. It’s convenient to the convention center and the French Quarter and felt like a very safe area. The unit was quiet and comfortable.The management team was quick to respond to our messages and very focused on providing a great experience. They were also very helpful when we received notice on Saturday afternoon that our flight was delayed and rescheduled to Sunday. Their quick response and flexibility made it very easy for us to work through the disruptions related to the flight.I work in the PM industry and am responsible for our clients’ experience. Managing properties is not an easy thing. This team does it very, very well! We look forward to future visits to New Orleans and staying here again!

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful & comfortable stylish apartment. Amenities were awesome, apartment kitchen was well stocked, & communications were prompt & clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return. The area has a lot of small restaurants which we also enjoyed.

Comfy Time in the Big Easy

Pleasant, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. We could walk or take a short Uber to the Quarter or stroll a few blocks in either direction to explore the Warehouse and Arts district or down to the Riverwalk Mall for great shopping. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice shower in the bathroom. Serviceable kitchen and Rouse's Market is a 10 minute walk up Girod St for anything you might need. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a long weekend!

We have been coming to NOLA for almost 30 years and this time brought family for their first visit. The Warehouse/Arts District is our preferred area to stay and this place was a perfect location as it is walkable to so much. The space was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the high end kitchen (though we did no cooking since there were too many places we wanted to eat in New Orleans). The hosts were communicative and we loved the lagniappe they provided. Thank you! The only tiny dislike we had was there was a plug-in air freshener that was overwhelming to our group. Once we found it and unplugged it, it got a little better, but the scent never entirely dissipated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great time in NOLA

It was a real treat finding this property! Great location for being central to all that the warehouse/arts district has to offer as well as the Quarter, without the drama and intensity of being in the Quarter. Incredibly responsive management to a water and fan issue with continuous updates. Felt safe, secure and cared for. Lots of nearby restaurants, easy to get to WWll museum and streetcar. Super comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. A real delight and we hope to return.
