This property is amazing. This host is amazing. NOLA is amazing. The location is amazing. We did a full property buyout and it was a wonderful way for three couples and three singles to spend a weekend enjoying everything New Orleans has to offer. The house allowed us to all be together and the three separate courtyard rooms allowed us to have privacy when we wanted it. The courtyards were perfect gathering places and the kitchen was well stocked for food and drink prep. Everything was both authentic and welcoming. Parking really wasn't a problem for us and we were close enough to walk everywhere, anyway. Tjank you Jennifer for your generous hospitality! We highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect compound for a group of Marines celebrating the 250th birthday with their spouses. Clean, well laid out, and everyone had their own space to retreat to. Walking distance to Roberts grocery, an nice wine and spirits shop, and varied nightlife. We all enjoyed the place immensely

Birthday Trip

What a great unit for a large group. We had 13 and it was the perfect space for all of us. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. The house was close to the Quarter and Frenchmen Street. We walked often and always felt safe, even at night but we were a large group.

Excellent!

Great location, clean and adorable house. Also really appreciate her communicating so well and being accommodating. We were even able to do a late check out to accommodate each persons different flight departure. Highly recommend!

Don’t Miss Out!!!

This place is amazing! Full of New Orleans character and perfect for a large group! We enjoyed being all together. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we make our way back to the Big Easy! If you like a good breakfast or brunch, walk 200 ft. Up to Horn’s Eatery. You won’t regret it.

Beyond Perfection

The only word I can use to describe this property fully is "magical". Our stay was amazing, and was heightened by the beauty of the property, the cleanliness and beautiful nature of the space, and the helpfulness of the host. I could not recommend this space highly enough.

We booked the whole property and it was perfect for our large group! The grounds were beautiful and each building had its own NOLA character. We appreciated how easy it was to contact the property when needed (wasn’t needed much), and how everything was clearly outline in the emails provided upon check-in and check-out. Great stay!

What a unique wonderful property- so much character and charm! We did a full property buy out and it was perfect for our group of 12. We loved that we were together on the same property (we called it "the compound," intended in the best possible sense), but had room to spread out and find privacy when we needed or wanted it. And each unit has its own personality, which was cool. The common area courtyard was great, and the hot tub was a nice touch! The kitchen in the main house was great too. Each of the units was thoughtfully stocked, and the location was ideal to get anything else we needed for our stay. Location is amazing - walking distance to French Quarter and so many other cool spots. We LOVED it, and would definitely come back again. Host was super communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our group's needs. Truly a gem and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Fantastic Location/Property

Gracious and accommodating host with a phenomenal property. If you want to be with family and friends but would still like a little privacy, these accommodations are perfect! Loved the neighborhood and had such a great time exploring. Easy walk to the French Quarter and Bywater neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place my 50 birthday bash!

Highly recommend this property. Tons of space and privacy. The property had a wonderful energy to it. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a very easy walk to the French Quarter.

All You Need

12 of us were in town for the Lions/Saints game. We all stated at the property and it was exactly what we needed. Everybody had their own space and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There are a couple cute little restaurants nearby and they were able to get groceries delivered which was extremely convenient. The hot tub is a bonus! Thank you!

It is absolutely wonderful, our whole party of 10 had plenty of rooms and beds. We spread out when we needed privacy and could all be together in main house and patios when we wanted to. Highly recommend! Clean and comfortable beds!

Great place for a group in the Marigny!

This property is a great option for a big family/friend group. Plenty of space, good open areas in the main house for people to gather, while still having separate spaces when you want some privacy. Pics are accurate, and the hot tub is a nice touch. There are lots of good spots to eat and drink in easy walking distance. The host is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with any questions/requests. Definitely recommeneded.
