I am very happy with my stay here! It is perfect walking distance from all the main sites to see in the French Quarter area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I am in New Orleans I will definitely be back.

You will not find a better room for a better price anywhere in New Orleans. Location and parking was great and easy! Rooms are huge! This isnt just a room, its a one bedroom apartment! Full kitchen with silverware and cookware! Big bathroom, big bedroom! Balcony! 2 Swimming pools! A beautiful courtyard! It really does not got any better than this! Trust me. I've stayed here twice and I will be staying here again!

I stayed at this hotel in early October for a girls trip. When we first got to the hotel around 7:45PM. We followed directions the hotel had sent to us via email. To our surprise, the door it told us to go to was locked and nobody was answering the phone. We called 3 times and then proceeded to call the emergency phone number the hotel gave out. Turns out, the emergency number they give out to guests is to a number that does NOT work with the hotel anymore- hasn't for years. Luckily, the woman gave us an idea to try by going to the hotel next door to check in. It worked thankfully, but I feel the instructions need to be updated and more direct with what travellers need to do. Other than that, the room was clean and very spacious. Upon entering the room, the room and even the bedsheets smelled like mildew. However, the bathroom outlets did not work, so we had to use the living outlets to blow dry our hair. The bathroom shower doesn't properly hold/drain water so the bathroom will flood every time someone showers. The rooms constantly smelled like weed and/or cigarettes. The walls are also thin so you will hear your neighbors. Aside from this, I did like the hotel and enjoyed the fact there was security every night on the property. I also liked we had a key fob to even enter the hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful!

Clean, roomy two bedroom apartment style suite with a kitchenette. Very quiet yet still super convenient to the revelry of Bourbon Street. There’s a streetcar stop directly in front of the entrance for fast and easy travel to the Central Business District. Air conditioning worked excellently and each bedroom and living room had a large tv with free cable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Try Budsi’s right down the street for same excellent, authentic Thai food. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel! It is an apartment with all the amenities! Even had silverware, pots and pans, plates and bowls, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, stove top, microwave, etc! Comfortable bed! Spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom! Balcony overlooking Rampart is amazing! Right next door to Keys Gas Station! Very great location! Very convenient! Staff was amazing! All 3 ladies that worked the front were amazing! Amanda was awesome and very helpful with everything as I arrived! I will definitely be back! And this may be my only destination in the future for future French quarter stays! Thanks y'all! I'll be back!
