Absolutely love love love coming to New Orleans and staying here- it is the best place, location wise, staff kindness wise & just having a great time with the whole fam with nothin fancy goin on but a great vibe that stays true to its unique aspects. We stayed here for a girls trip October 9-12. We had a wonderful time! The property is so quaint and cute. It was even all decorated for Halloween. The free parking (in a lot, not just street parking) was awesome. It was a quick walk to the street car stop on St Charles. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Olga and Kristen were amazing, and Cheryl cooks a great breakfast (which is included!!). We loved our room. The air conditioning stopped working on our 2nd day, and we were promptly moved to an even more incredible room! We will definitely be back. Hopefully the resident cat Patches will let us pet her next time!

I came to stay here as a local due to my central ac breaking and it was 90 degrees in my house. The minute I arrived I was so impressed. This place is wonderful. The staff I spoke with were the kindest people I’ve encountered in a while. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I definitely did. 10/10 ⭐️.

Amazing breakfast and hospitality. Ideal New Orleans stay in the garden district walkable to everything. Rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable and good amenities. Gardens and property and location are superb. Tons of space and comfortable hang out areas in the open terrace. Loved the stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely property thats very pet friendly! Hot breakfast available each day in addition to self-serve options. The free self parking is a huge plus and only a block from St. Charles streetcar. The room itself was slightly pricier than other rooms but when you add in breakfast, pet fee, and parking - it's an excellent deal. Definitely on my list to return to.
