Relax in your own private part of history! This Historic three-bedroom shotgun house is located in the heart of Mid-City, New Orleans! Walking distance to the streetcar and close to everything you need to have a true New Orleans experience! Whether you want to take a 7 minute Uber or Car Ride to the French Quarter or walk to local grocery stores, the choice is yours! Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Great stay!

My teenage daughter, her friend and I came down to New Orleans for spring break and we had a great stay. The house was very comfortable to be in, the beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only surprise was a few insects that greeted us in the kitchen when we first arrived. It was an all around great stay and we would definitely stay there again sometime!

Great place to stay and be within 10-15 minutes of all the NOLA fun!

We had 4 adults staying in NOLA for early Super Bowl activities. Everything was within 10 to 15 minutes from the house. Public transportation is a block away. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were exactly what we needed. I would love to stay again!

Lovely House

House was clean and tidy. Beds were super comfy. Loved being close to streetcar line which facilitated our trips into the city. Centrally located to just about everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay in New Orleans!!!

House was exactly as pictured. Our host, Genesis, was very quick to contact with any questions. This 3 bedroom home had all amenities our family of 4 needed. It was very nice that our teens had their own rooms. Clean, spacious, great kitchen if we wanted to cook.

Awesome Weekend

Good location, just a short uber away from basically everywhere. Streetcar stop just a block away on Canal Street. Very clean plus it had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to visit New Orleans again!

Beautiful house

We had a great stay. We arrived earlier than expected and the host was willing to work with us to get into the house a little early. We booked the house to stay in the night before our cruise. The location was great for all of our needs. We would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to NOLA.

Well placed charmer

Very easy to get to all points of interest in NOLA. We stayed here for Jazz Fest. Although walkable, we chose to Uber since we had a larger group. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.

Great stay-- we will be back.

Very happy with our stay here. Close to everything, and you can see the street car from your front porch. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property manager was the fastest replying property manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and made check-in/check-out/questions very easy.

Close to cable car and easy check in /check out

This house worked great for our family. I didn’t know what a shotgun house was , but my mom and sister did so that was interesting to learn! House worked great for us even with no hallways. It’s on a great location a block from the cable car which was so important during Super Bowl Sunday . Thank you for a great stay!

One night get away

We needed a one night stay while waiting for others to come to town and this property was fantastic. Less expensive than a hotel stay and comfortable for 4 adults. Location was fantastic being so close to Canal street trolly and walking distance to some breakfast spots. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Fun in NOLA
