Hyatt Regency New Orleans
The experience was a 5 Star experience. I'm now a member and will return again. The room was so lean and neat, ready. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, very accommodating. I conveyed this to the House manager prior to leaving. I highly recommended. 😊

The Westin New Orleans
Great space, conveniently located. Elevator system is a bit annoying as you have to go to lobby via one elevator and transition to another one to get to rooms but otherwise really no complaints! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely
