"DO NOT STAY HERE:
1. Hotel in disrepair and dirty
2. Hot tub and pool had “things” floating and on bottom. Disgusting
3. Gym is a joke. 1 partially working treadmill. 1 treadmill from 1970. 1 non working recumbent bike. Non functioning cable weight pull machine. No dumbbells. No kettlebells. No exercise balls or mats.
4. Rooms showed disrepair , inattentive and were dirty.
The staff must be underpaid and under resourced. Time for new owners and new managers. My complaints went ignored.
Do not stay here. The health inspector needs to visit this place. Gross."

"During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch."
