"Clean, never needed to contact owner. Dog loved it and even the dog bed left for her to use. Only suggestion is to install hooks or coat rack at entry door so not to drag in rainy jacket. Need to bring laundry soap but store close by. Bath on 1st floor so never used large bed in loft.Loved watching ..."
