River Retreat on the Chute # 1 BEST PART OF THE RIVER

  • Interested in tubing or just kicking back for a restful vacation as you listen to the sounds of the river below the beautiful deck? If so, this home is perfect for you. It is located on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 100 feet of Guadalupe River frontage directly at the natural limestone 'Chute' on the river between 2nd and 3rd River crossings. You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. The deck is RIGHT over the water! The new Disposable Container Law in New Braunfels does not apply to our section of the Guadalupe River. Ban applies to the Guadalupe River within the City Limits of New Braunfels. Sorry, no pets allowed. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are provided with rental! Our houses are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental!
