Our River Park features a private pool, four grilling stations with picnic tables, and direct private access to the Comal River, ensuring endless enjoyment during your stay.

Additional rules -Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay). -Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach) -If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB -No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children) -Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property. -Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) -For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

Didn’t like that we had to keep the AC at 73* especially since I have bad hot flashes…NOT enough for me to take away a star . Other than that it was a great stay. The location is perfect and the entire complex/grounds are clean. I would stay again.
Home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Quick access to the Comal River for floating to the public exit with short walk back. Conveniently located near grocery and shops. Short drive to Gruene. Check-in process was very easy. Parking was easy.
Best stay!! It was warm in the unit, however it was 110 degrees outside. Parking was tight, we have big trucks so could not park in garage. Would be nice to have more than 6 towels in the unit, we were washing towels 2xs a day. And some cleaning spray to clean off tables and such. But overall the management company was FREAKING AMAZING constant contact and very attentive
