If you are looking to “head for the hills” Live Oak Ranch is the perfect escape. This Spacious Ranch House is located on 17 acres, in the town of Spring Branch, home of the Guadalupe River State Park. At this secluded property enjoy gorgeous views, a private swimming pool, or relax amongst the live oak trees in the hammock or tree swing. This roomy property will host up to 20 guests and includes four separate buildings: a Main House, Annex, Bunk House, and the Old Bunkhouse. With six bedrooms and five baths there is an abundance of room for everyone.

This significant Ranch House is decorated with a traditional farmhouse feel. This property hosts two comfortable living areas one in the Main House and another in the Annex. In both spaces you will find comfortable furnishings as well as interesting artwork. Appreciate the appealing rock walls, the living area with cedar beams, the wood burning fireplace, as well as rich leather furniture.

With lively checkerboard flooring stars, and chicken decor, preparing your favorite meals will be fun and effortless in this fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a meal with family and friends in the formal traditional dining room that seats six.

There is an abundance to do at Live Oak Ranch. Enjoy your own private pool and several acres to explore, relax in the hammock amongst the live oak trees or kick back in the tree swing. Play a game of Horseshoes while barbecuing your favorites or gather around the firepit and stargaze while roasting s'mores.

With plenty of space for everyone to sleep soundly, choose from one of six bedrooms each with lovely decor and cozy linens.Tidy up effortlessly for a night on the town in one of the five roomy bathrooms.
