    Spin a Wade Bowen vinyl and enjoy the Texas Music themed decor or relax on the scenic ice house style deck, overlooking New Braunfels and the Guadalupe River!

    The complex has its own access to the river, is next door to the Gruene River Grill and is a three minute walk to the Legendary Gruene Hall and the ever popular Grist Mill Restaurant!

We had a wonderful time! Being able to walk into the heart of Gruene makes the visit so much fun. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee the host provided.

We were 3 ladies on a quick overnight Girls’ Trip to Gruene for shopping, food and fun. The condo was just as we had expected…clean and comfortable. Working with the hosts was a breeze! They were delightful! We loved the location and view. We’ll definitely be back!

River Haus - Perfect location/great river view

We loved River Haus! The place is adorable, comfortable and in a great location. We walked to dinner and shopping and a had quick drive to Rockin R to rent tubes and drop into the river. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while listening to the rapids and watching birds and wildlife. A bonus was the stereo with a variety of albums to listen to!

The Mavericks Band at Gruene hall weekend

Great place for the weekend. Plenty of room and nice outside balcony to relax on. Walking distance to Gruene hall and surrounding shops. Owners were easy to communicate with and provided easy details to access unit. We had a great time and will do it again.

Wonderful condo! We enjoyed our stay. Especially listening to some of our favorite music on the record player. Kitchen was stocked and AC was cold. Easy walking access to stores and restaurants in Gruene. Boys enjoyed the river! Close drive to Schlitterbahn too! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay in Gruene

This was a lovely, comfortable place to stay for our vacation in Gruene. It has a private path that leads down to the river and is steps from the dancehall and all the great places to hang out in Gruene. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed (we really appreciated the great spice rack!). The washer / dryer was a nice add for us. The only improvement I would suggest is blackout curtains for the master bedroom, but it certainly didn’t diminish our enjoyment. Lots of character and charm to the place, we enjoyed the record player and the spacious balcony. Highly recommend!
