Cute farmhouse!! Great area close to everything but still tucked away for privacy , got to see some wildlife out of the big windows in the living room. Enjoyed our stay.
Awesome location close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops as well as the parks and trails Wimberley has to offer while providing a quiet respite among the trees. Adorable cottage with all the comforts you need for a little getaway in the hill country!
We were in town for our close family friend’s daughters wedding at their ranch in Wimberly. This was a great place to stay as it was convenient to the ranch and to town. Loved the porch and rocking chairs. It was the perfect place for us to stay.
Love our stay in this cozy farmhouse. Location is so close to River and town. Loved drinking our coffee on the the Rocking chairs on the porch. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the complimentary coffee. It was delicious. Great stay!!
Overall lovely. Did find a scorpian in the bathroom, but not surprising due to the location of the property. I would like to have used the washer dryer, but evidently only guests staying 4 or more nights have this privilege.
The house is beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. I would stay again!

The cabin was fresh and clean, with lots of windows out to a pleasant view. Enjoyed the rockers on the porch. Appreciated the keyless entry, and the dog “amenities “ provided.
A light in the shower would be nice. We weren’t aware that the cabin was at the end of a row of travel trailers, but all was quiet and clean.
The cute cottage was very inviting. It seemed brand new. All the furniture was very appealing as was the outside even down to the rockers on the front porch. We loved being somewhat secluded but not too far out and away from the river. It was truly perfect. We used the coffee grinder and the coffee was so fresh for our morning breakfast! Again, our family cannot rate this property high enough! Perfect!
We sincerely enjoyed our time here. The location was great and there was no traffic despite it being a holiday weekend. The property was very clean and perfect for two couples. We plan to come back soon!
Wonderful town! Beautiful home! Excellent host! Beds are so comfortable and the hostess left us the best ever coffee to enjoy on the porch each morning! We will find a reason, or not one at all to return to enjoy this beautiful gem!
The property was very clean/kept. Linens were clean, fresh smells. Just a few amenities missing: phone plug-in availability in bedrooms, rug and nightstands in one bedroom, hooks in bathroom for towels and toiletry bags. Otherwise was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again!
Stayed for an extended weekend at the Jackrabbit farmhouse and absolutely loved it. It is new and very tastefully decorated. We did not cook but it seemed that the kitchen was well appointed with all the essentials. Nice touch...the owner had left a bag of coffee beans for us. The only thing missing was a table on the front porch for our afternoon wine, but Sally said it was on the list of things to get...so should be just a matter of time!
The house faces the ravine, which is very peaceful and relaxing. Bonus for kids staying there...the tree house just steps away and yet barely visible from the porch! The other farmhouse is a bit close, but it wasn't a problem for us as we barely saw the other family. The only thing that took me aback upon arriving there is the RV park on which the house sits (as I had not realized that), but it turned out that it's actually very small and not an issue as the house is facing the other way.
We had brought our bikes and biked from the house to Wimberley and even to the Old Baldy...granted, it was tough as it is very hilly but oh so nice to ditch the car and enjoy the scenery (and exercise!).
I would recommend this property, both for the house and the ease of communication with the owner.
