Our family of four adults and four teens stayed at this place for seven nights, and overall it was relatively clean (with exceptions listed below), close to river and adequate for our stay. On the positive side:
* two large bathrooms with lots of counter space (granite)
* large master bedroom with good mattress
* large kitchen with granite counters
* new washer and older dryer that works well
*excellent air conditioner
* lots of shampoo/conditioner/laundry soap/dishwasher soap/dishwashing soap
*lots of parking
*pretty large front patio
*within walking distance of Cap's where you can rent tubes
On the negative side:
* no view of the river at all (view from porch is of house opposite and front gate/road)
* only two bathrooms are on the second floor with the bedrooms (third bathroom is on the bottom floor by itself)
* all condos in this addition have open porches on the second floor that are close to one another---you can hear everything coming from the porches of the nearby houses including talking and music
* the interior is very dated and some furnishings need to be replaced such as squeaky barstools, highly worn couch and loveseat, and bedding. Queen mattress in small bedroom has a trench in the center, so both people roll to the center.
*there is only one couch and a love seat in the living area near the only large television in the unit--more seating would have been helpful.
*upon arrival, patio area on second floor including tables and chairs had not been cleaned--food present on patio rugs and table. Additionally, two of the chairs around the table were unusable because they lean so far back (springs are worn out) and the cushions on the two love seats on the porch do not fit that furniture at all which makes sitting on them less than ideal.
*Fridge and freezer are nice and pretty new, but ice maker had not been cleaned out prior to arrival and contained large chunk of ice (possible water leak in ice maker).
*Several people in our group reported seeing cockroaches in the condo.
*Food such as canned goods were left in pantry, but so was flour which does not seem like a good idea with multiple people coming in and out of the condo.
Overall, it was fine for our stay, but in our opinion the quality of the condo did not justify the price that we paid, and although it is a short walk/drive to the river, that location did not compensate for that quality.
