「Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!」

We were all able to comfortably work as one large group in the kitchen/dining area as well as had other spaces to break into smaller groups. All spaces had everything we needed and more. 「Stayed here for an anniversary vacation, and enjoyed every minute. Home was clean, inviting and comfortable. Deck overlooking the water was a favorite place to sit. Hill to the dock was a little steeper than I thought from photos, but we made do. Fish cleaning station is a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful shower with great water pressure.(We all know we've stayed in places that was not the case.) Would highly recommend.」

「This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing.
