トルコ式の朝食がとても豪華でおいしかったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を置かせていただけただけでなく、テラスで飲み物をサービスしてくださいました。どのスタッフも親切で丁寧でした。各部屋に暖房もついており、冬でも快適に過ごせました。とてもおすすめです

立地がとてもよく、10分ほど歩けばカフェやレストラン、お土産ショップも近くにありよかったです。 また、テラスからの眺めがよく夜はとても綺麗でした！ 朝ごはんがとても豪華で食べきれないほどの量ですが、とても美味しくトルコらしい朝食が楽しめて楽しかったです♡ スタッフさんもとても優しく楽しい旅行になりました！！

Staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with where to park, carrying our luggage and answering any other questions we had. Parking the car was difficult at times due to limited parking spaces and narrow roads, however, this was not specific to the accommodation and appeared to be the case for parking at all accommodations nearby- just something to be aware of if choosing to have a car. We felt safe in the area, the accommodation was clean and any matters were addressed promptly.

The experience at Cherubi was 50-50. We were assigned rooms outside the main property, and the place is not fully habitable. It was quite mouldy and dark; the ceiling is black-stained, and it feels unsafe as it is next to a construction site. The rooms also serve as storage for all cleaning materials, so the workers kept going in and out, which made it unsafe for anyone staying there. I recommend that management make the place more habitable and take it off as an option to stay if it is not yet in good shape for customer use. Apart from that, I enjoyed the tours in Cappadocia.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, with an ideal location close to the downtown Göreme but not too close. The staff went out of their way to help me in booking shuttles to and from the airport, a hot air balloon ride, and the Red and Green tours. The breakfast is huge and varied. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Really lovely and homely feel where the staff go out of their way to assist. Located a short 1 minute walk to the town centre, Chelebi is surrounded by great eating options and which vary from cheap to expensive. Really enjoyed our few days here, the breakfast is worth every cent, it's a real experience. The manager, Tahir went beyond our expectations and we are grateful for the experience.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Perfekt, um die zauberhafte Atmosphäre von Göreme zu genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gastfreundliche Personal. Wir wurden nett empfangen und bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Zum Glück hat alles Reibungslos geklappt während unserem Aufenthalts: vom Flughafentransfer über die Heißluftballonfahrt bis zum Reitausflug. Eine unvergessliche Reise. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Kappadokien suchen!

We visited Cappadocia for the first time and booked this place for a three night stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the superb experience staying in this family run cave hotel. When we booked we didn't fully realise what staying in the annexe meant. The main hotel is about 400 yards down hill from the annexe. The room ( cave ) we stayed in didn't have any windows and we wondered if this will be claustrophobic! However with the air conditioning and a fan that was readily provided we could sleep very comfortably. The toilet was of good size with a walk in shower. There are steep stairs leading to a terrace with good views of the landscape. However the terrace from the main hotel is just superb with panoramic views of the entire town ! We were lucky to see the balloon flights from this terrace which included the plains from where the balloons are inflated and then take off! The breakfast is served in the restaurant and has a large spread with local bread and cheese along with delicacies served by the owner himself! We were very pleased with excellent help extended by all in the hotel to plan our day trips ( green tour on a bus with other passengers from different hotels and also a taxi tour for other areas not covered by this tour) We visited Avanos , a nearby town, walked the length and breadth of Goreme which is where the hotel is located and also managed to trek via the Red and Rose Valley from Goreme to Cavusin on the last day . Temizlik konusunda şüpheniz olmasın. Kahvaltı extra ücrete dahil bunu bilmiyordum belki de öyledir. Güleryüz otelin tüm çalışanlarında var. Park problemi yaşamadım hemen dibinde yer vardı. Göremeye gidersem tekrar tercih ederim. Fiyat performans yeri ne aşırı birşey bekleyebilirsiniz ne de üzülürsünüz.

Our stay here was incredible! The staff helped use plan everything and provided a top notch experience. We visited during the off season and the room was nice and warm / clean. The breakfast was so tasty and the staff were beyond nice!!!
