「Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend.」

「The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com」
