Durch eine Überschneidung bekamen wir ein schön gelegenes Ausweichquartier. Groß gewachsene Leute, müssen auf die Dachbalken achten.Die zusätzlichen Angebote, z.B. Schlauch- und Tretbootnutzung auf der Naab konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir tagsüber dienstlich unterwegs waren. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, gerne wieder.

Genau wie erwartet

Wir haben jetzt schon zum 2. Mal diese Ferienwohnung gebucht und es war alles, wie erwartet. Gemütliche Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, schönem Bad und kuscheligem Schlafzimmer. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und man fühlte sich willkommen. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location

Die Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig und die direkte Umgebung zweckdienlich, aber wenig einladend

Ein Hinweis vorneweg: wir fahren mehrmals im Jahr in Urlaub (haben daher schon viel gesehen) und einen gewissen Anspruch (natürlich immer angepasst an das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Nach einer 6 stündigen Fahrt angekommen, besichtigten wir die Ferienwohnung. Was wir hier vorfanden, hatten wir für ca. 1.000 EUR die Woche nicht erwartet. Zwar entsprach die Einrichtung den gezeigten Bildern auf der FeWo Seite (Möblierung, Kücheneinrichtung etc.), die Sauberkeit des Objektes sowie der Komfort für eine Übernachtung (verkalkte Spüle, dreckiger Ofen, eine aus unserer Sicht durchgelegene Matratze und wenig einladende Terrasse etc.) entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen und wir reisten direkt wieder ab. Nicht unerwähnt wollen wir das Angebot des Vermieters lassen. Dieser bot den Kauf einer neuen Matratze zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt sowie eine erneute Reinigung der Wohnung an. Wir sind dennoch abgereist. Bei nur einer Woche lohnte sich das Warten auf die Nachbesserung nicht. Zudem hätten wir es keine Nacht auf der Matratze ausgehalten. Dementsprechend haben wir - da es ja kein Geld zurück gab - ca. 1.000 EUR in den Sand gesetzt und unseren Urlaub zuhause verbracht. Schade. PS: Die Umgebung der Ferienwohnung ist nicht gerade einladend (wir waren mit unserem Hund da), dafür aber zweckdienlich. Soll heißen, es gibt kaum Grünflächen in der Nähe, dafür aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Ort an sich ist schön.
