I stayed in a superior room for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is adjacent to the railway station and an easy walk to the Old Town. Rugs Hotel was the perfect base for exploring Augsburg and beyond.

The host was very communicative when we reached out, but we didn't have any information about check-in or wifi, etc., prior to arriving. We just needed to message them outside of VRBO. The place was pretty nice, and about a 15 minute walk from the Neusäß train station which was helpful. A bit too ...
