This well-maintained accommodation is particularly suitable for fitters and business travellers. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the small cottage can accommodate up to six fitters. There are two parking spaces and a terrace directly adjacent to the house.
Meals are prepared and eaten in the large communal room on the ground floor. The transition between cooking, eating and watching television is seamless, as the open-plan kitchen promotes communication. In addition to a bathroom with toilet and shower, there is a visible rock in the entrance hall, a pellet stove and a bar table.
The Taler bedroom with 3 beds is located on the ground floor. A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where the Gulden and Mark bedrooms are located, as well as 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower.
Taler bedroom (ground floor): 3 single beds (each 80x200cm)
Gulden bedroom (first floor): bunk bed (2x 90x200cm), French bed (140x200cm)
Mark bedroom (first floor): bunk bed (90 x 200 cm & 140 x 200 cm), single bed (80 x 200 cm)
Although there are more than six beds available, we do not recommend occupancy by more than six people, as the kitchen and dining room are not designed for a larger number of people.
We offer assembly teams or groups of craftsmen and fitters who work together on a construction site or at a work site the opportunity to be accommodated together as a team in one place. This allows us to reduce the costs of transport to and from the construction site and strengthen the team spirit among the employees. Assembly teams of three to six people can be accommodated together near the work site. This is perfect for recharging your batteries in familiar surroundings after work and then working successfully.
Fitters and children/young people up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the guest contribution. All other guests pay an additional €1.00 per person per night as a guest contribution to the town of Neuerburg. For children/young people aged 10 to 16, the fee is €0.50 per night.
