気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The place was simply terrible. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned before we arrived. In fact, it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Everything smelled, no shampoo was provided (only body wash was provided), there were spider webs and insects in a bunch of places, and the place was dirty including path to the entrance. Also, the iron and iron bed were practically burned, the matress was really uncomfortable, and sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged. We could not even find the swimming pool mentioned in amenities. It's a shame since the place was actually beautiful from the inside but lacked proper care. We could not have stayed more than one night and we would have even left before if we had the option to. Also, it's really tough to access the entrance especially with suitcases. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. One last thing to add, the rating of the property was above 8 with around 14 reviews. But now reviews dropped to 6 reviews (excluding mine) with 5.4 rating. There seems to be fraudulent misleading activity to draw people to book the place.
