"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals.
There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away.
I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not.
Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."
Lovely Apartment with Pool and Breathtaking Lake Views

"Fantastic setting. Well equipped apartment with shared pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would definitely recommend a car getting to the accommodation. However, the apartment is accessible via steep stairs from the village or the ferry port if you are coming by public transport. This was fine for our party but would not be for those with mobility issues.Would have given an excellent review if not for issues with the wifi which was shared with the apartment next door. I understand the property owner will address this going forwards. The owner was very responsive and tried to fix the issues promptly. "
"My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car. They can help set up hotel transfers, and I’d highly recommend you do this option. We had room 202 next to the pool. This is such a special place. Book before they raise their prices, because they absolutely should. Great amenities (spa with sauna and hot tub, gym, pool, lounge area with games/books, accessible boat dock, etc). Thank you for your hospitality. "

"We stayed at Robert's wonderful home for five nights. Robert is a great communicator and if you need anything, he's on top of it. Franco is Robert's representative who will check you in and you will definitely need Franco and his cart. If you are going to be driving, make sure you check with Robert on the size of the car, as Robert provided valuable advice on the size of the car that will fit into his garage. Without Franco’s professional parking services, parking never would have happened. Limited parking options available.Great restaurant below, they sells bus tickets to Como and Bellagio. Staff is great too.House is in impeccable condition. Great views on the terrace as the pictures show.Great place, I'll bring my daughter back next year. Thank you Robert. Bruce and Jennifer."
