"A lovely apartment by Lake Como. Lots of room, everything you need, including ceiling fans in every room to keep cool! We stayed with our young children and they loved the space too. Mara is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and right outside, a couple of options for mini markets and bars/restaurants within walking distance and slightly larger villages nearby with more options. We only stayed for a couple of days but would definitely return for longer. "

"The place was amazing and in a quiet location on Lake Como. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the restaurant was great. The private parking garage is a huge bonus. The only complaint I had, and I can't really even call it that, is that I thought the pool was for the whole hotel. I misunderstood that it's only available to two of the rooms. Had I known that I would have rented one of those rooms. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing!"
"Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back.
Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. "

"We stayed at Robert's wonderful home for five nights. Robert is a great communicator and if you need anything, he's on top of it. Franco is Robert's representative who will check you in and you will definitely need Franco and his cart. If you are going to be driving, make sure you check with Robert on the size of the car, as Robert provided valuable advice on the size of the car that will fit into his garage. Without Franco’s professional parking services, parking never would have happened. Limited parking options available.Great restaurant below, they sells bus tickets to Como and Bellagio. Staff is great too.House is in impeccable condition. Great views on the terrace as the pictures show.Great place, I'll bring my daughter back next year. Thank you Robert. Bruce and Jennifer."

"This was a great apartment. The views of the lake are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting and have a glass of wine in the evenings. There was a wonderful restaurant next door. Be aware that the roads from Como are very narrow if you are going to drive and it is a 30-40 minute drive. There is a bus stop right outside so it was easy to get to Como and Bellagio."
"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."
