This complex sits at the meeting point of Neskowin and Kiwanda Creeks, only a matter of steps from the beach and Proposal Rock. It's a location that's perfect for walkers, with the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, the farmers market, and the awe-inspiring Neskowin Ghost Forest all within half a mile. Day-trippers will also have fantastic access to Pacific City (10 miles), Lincoln City (12 miles), and the Three Capes Scenic Route.

The star feature of this condo is its broad, oceanfront balcony, where you can sit back with a cup of morning coffee, a picnic lunch in the afternoon, or an evening cocktail while admiring a truly spectacular sunset view.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors let the same vista into the interior living spaces, which include a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a bistro table for dining, and a living room where you can stream movies in the evenings. The bedroom looks out over the ocean as well, offering its own TV and DVD player to lull you to sleep at night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
