The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, combo oven/microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen also has all the necessary appliances, such as a coffee and Senseo machine, kettle, blender, and toaster.

The spacious bedroom on the ground floor has two box-spring beds and a closet. Adjacent to this is the bathroom with a sink, shower, and infrared sauna.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and the other with a single box-spring bed. The third is the luxurious Lighthouse Room with a starry sky, featuring three box-spring single beds. This room also houses the second bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, sink, and toilet.

From the rear door, you reach the terrace, where a large garden table with chairs and a parasol await you.
