The 'Wonderful Villa Burriana Beach' is located in Nerja just a short walk from the beach. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people (including adults, children and babies) - ideal for family holidays. The Villa has a ground-floor self-contained apartment with one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available under request.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open all year round), an outdoor shower, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the sea.

We have been booking with Martin and Annika for several years and stayed in several of their properties. We know what to expect and are not willing to compromise on the very highest standards they offer. Already planning 2020 at Villa Erfordia.

Prachtig huis, leuk ingericht. Mooie badkamers, fijne keuken met allerlei voorzieningen. Ook fijn was dat er was basis zaken waren zoals zout, peper etc. Het is toch altijd zonde om dat elke keer weer te kopen en en aan het einde van de vakantie te moeten weggooien. Onder het huis zit nog een appartement, die nog wel wat moderner mag worden ingericht. Wel harde bedden, maar dat is een persoonlijk iets. Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht, de klim vanaf het strand is wel een uitdaging met name in de hitte.

Traumurlaub bei Traumwetter in wunderschöner Lage zwischen Bergen&Meer

Pros: Das Haus in dieser Lage ist einfach ein Traum und hat uns als Familie rundum gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die verschiedenen Sitz-/Liegegelegenheiten, schönen Terrassen drumherum, der tolle saubere Pool, der Balkon, der unfassbar schöne Ausblick auf Berge & Meer. Es war das Meeresrauschen zu hören, morgens die Vögel und abends ein paar Frösche, so leise war es in der Umgebung! Die Sackgassenlage und der vorhandene Stellplatz und Parkplatz vor der Tür waren klasse. Der Ort Nerja ist ebenso schön und hat mehrere Strände, wobei der direkt gelegene Playa Burriana der Größte ist und auch besonders familientauglich. Man läuft hinter dem Haus eine steilere Straße hinab, in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplätze direkt am Strand sind auch vorhanden, aber bei gutem Wetter sehr begehrt. Daher sind wir mit lauffreudigem älteren Kind lieber gelaufen, mit Kinderwagen und ganz kleinen Kindern evt. ein anstrengender Weg. In Laufnähe (ca. 15-20 Min.) sind auch Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants. Cons: An sich hat uns eigentlich alles gefallen! Aber man muss die Treppen des Hauses in Hanglage und das doch eher hügelige Nerja in Kauf nehmen, um alles so richtig genießen zu können. Wir konnten das sehr gut! Beim Haus sollte man noch beachten, dass die untere Wohnung aus dem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, dem Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten und einem Wohnraum besteht und nur über die Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Das ist anhand der Bilder nicht sofort ersichtlich. Die Matratzen könnten nach meinen Geschmack fester sein.

Pros: La atención del anfitrión y la ubicación con respecto a la playa y a Nerja centro.Se puede llegar tras un agradable paseo desde la casa a través de playa Burriana al centro de Nerja sin mucho esfuerzo Cons: Me gustó todo excepto los mosquitos,pero eso no es problema de la casa ya que tiene mosquiteras en las ventanas,pero en el exterior es preciso poner repelente si quieres disfrutar del atardecer espectacular que ofrecen las vistas

Pros: We hebben genoten in augustus 2014 van deze prachtige villa. We zijn fijn ontvangen door Martin en Annika, en toen we ons een keer per ongeluk hadden buitengesloten waren ze heel snel ter plaatse met een reservesleutel! We waren met een gezin, ouders met twee kinderen, samen met grootouders. Wat heel fijn was, was dat de twee verdiepingen hun eigen ingang hadden, zodat we wat meer privacy hadden. Het zou helemaal mooi geweest zijn als de benedenverdieping ook een eigen kitchenette zou hebben. We hebben genoten van het luxe huis, de bedden waren goed, het huis is netjes onderhouden, schoon, en het grote zwembad was geweldig! Het uitzicht, vooral vanaf het balkon, was fantastisch. Echt een aanrader en we hopen nog een keer terug te komen!

Pros: Veldig flott hus med fantastisk beliggenhet og nydelig hage med rent , stort svømmebasseng. Gartner var innom 2 ganger ila uken. Kort vei til stranden og 20-25 min å gå til sentrum av Nerja. Lurt å ha bil for handling i supermarkedene i nærheten. Vi var særdeles fornøyd med leie av huset som passer utmerket for 4 personer. Vi håper å komme tilbake til deilige Nerja.

Pros: Die tolle Villa hat mehr zu bieten als beschrieben. Schattige Plätze zum Frühstück unterm Baldachin, zum Mittag am Pool und am Abend auf dem Balkon mit Superblick aufs Meer und die Umgebung (Küste, Berge). Die Sonnenhungrigen haben auf dem Rasen bis spät Nachmittags Sonne. Der Pool ist leicht abschüssig. Ideal für die Kinder und natürlich auch die Eltern und die Oma. Die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingericht. Die Betten einwandfrei. Ein Parkplatz für ein Auto steht zur Verfügung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Der Sandstrand zu Fuß erreichbar. Nerja selber ist (für uns) der schönste und grünste Ort an der andalusischen Küste. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war vorbildlich. Sie waren unheimlich nett und diskret (und erreichbar, wenn erforderlich). So soll es sein. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Pros: Luxe vakantie met uitgebreide uitrusting. Rustig gelegen op redelijke loopafstand van strand en boulevard (wel de helling op en af - 10 minuten). Centrum van Nerja wat verder weg. Bushalte op 2 minuten van het huis. Vers brood op 5 minuten lopen, grote supermarkten een half uurtje lopen. Verhuurders zijn vriendelijk, accuraat en reageren snel op vragen, goede service. Prima woning voor een ontspannen verblijf. Je zoekt de drukte op als je dat wilt. Als je er veel op uit wilt in de omgeving, is het raadzaam een auto te huren.
