The house has a beautiful view of the sea and is located 2.5 km from the city centre of Nerja in Spain's southern Costa del Sol region. The 80 m² 2-floors property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 (5) people. The vacation home also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only on the ground floor), a fan, a washing machine and a TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed (travel cod) is also available in the house.

The vacation home has a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.
