  • This stylish, modern apartment is located right above Nerja’s beautiful beaches. Perfect for a family beach holiday in Nerja, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (both with showers). Additional amenities include WiFi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, an LED TV, and a projector. The property also features a multimedia device connected to the projector, allowing you to access streaming services with your own account and other channels.



    Located in the city center, just a 7-8 minute walk from the Balcón de Europa, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and services. The beach is only 3 minutes away down a set of stairs. This cove marks the start of the famous Burriana Beach.



    The apartment has a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. Wake up to the fresh sea breeze and enjoy sunset views here in the evenings. You can also use the shared pool (open from April 15 to October 15) with outdoor shower, as well as the communal gardens. Sea and pool views from the terrace and bedroom balcony make this a perfect spot for a drink or outdoor meal any time of day, especially with the pleasant evening sun all year round.



    No parties or pets allowed. The property has an elevator. There is a communal parking area with first-come, first-served spaces (not enough for all apartments). Usually there’s no problem except in high season, when it’s busier.



    Please note that during your stay, government water regulations may apply, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. In terms of the location in Nerja and the views from our apartment it was stunning. More importantly the welcome we received at check in from Fernando was amazing and could not have been any better. He took the time to detail everything in the apartment and where to go. We would love to visit again.

Væreten er hjælpsom og sød og lejligheden er lækkert indrettet. Kan varmt anbefales.
