All rooms have modern furnishings. The 30 square meter terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is equipped with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Through the south the terrace you have sun all day! The apartment is in a quiet area in one of the most popular resort settlements (Ladera del Mar) of Nerja. The downtown area is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In just a few minutes away (about 300 m) you are at one of several beaches. Even the communal pool with ample sun beds and umbrellas can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
