Located in the well-established residential development of San Juan de Capistrano to the north of Nerja, the property is a comfortable, fully air-conditioned apartment and guests have access to a large community pool nearby. There is also a selection of bars and restaurants close to the property and it is also within easy reach of Nerja town and beaches. There are fabulous views from the large terrace overlooking the town, the sea and the Sierra de Almijara y Tejeda mountains in the distance.

Everything was clean and modern as described, lovely accommodation very much home from home.. The location was excellent just across from pool and next to bus stop for trips into town. Just a slight criticism, lack of user manuals for kitchen equipment and kettle needs replacing.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay.
This is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The accommodation was beautiful as was the location. The company replied to my questions in seconds which is something I didn't think would happen. first holiday I have been in in a long time and it's definitely somewhere I would revisit. Just waking up to the amazing views and having the pool so close was incredible. I can't fault this placethe rental company one bit. wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Already booked to return again.
Outside space was excellent and very well equipped furniture wise. Very handy for bus back from town as the bus stop is located right outside the gate.
Pillows could do with replacing. Likewise pots could do with replacing for ones with lids.

Great place. The apartment is really well done with good furniture and decor etc. it has a really good size American style fridge/freezer which was great. The host company were really, really good at communicating, we didn’t have any issues but I think if we had, they’d have been dealt with immediately I’m sure! There are a handful of bars and restaurants nearby and the town centre is about 35 minute walk downhill.
Great property with everything you might want. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Each bedroom with its own en suite. Kitchen well equipped and washing with tumble dryer too. Great courtyard with comfortable sofa and table and chairs for outdoor dining. It gets the sun from morning to night. Also a balcony which is a great size for sunbathing. Both have awnings if you need shade. Shop and swimming pool are not open during the winter so can’t comment. We enjoyed the exercise walking up the hill but if that’s not for you the line 1 bus stops outside the door or get a car. Loved it and hope to return.

We have just had a perfect week in this gorgeous apartment/house. It’s in a great location, just across the road from the pool and a small supermarket and a 10min drive to Burriana beach. There is a fantastic pool bar which is open all day for food and drinks and a small restaurant which opens from 6pm, which was greatly appreciated on the night we arrived as we didn’t get there until 9.30pm. I love Nerja and this was the perfect place to stay for two friends, with an en-suite bedroom each with modern fittings and everything you need downstairs and in the outdoor area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Sun rentals who manage the apartment are very efficient and easily contactable if you need them.

Nice apartment in ideal location
This was my second stay in this apartment and probably won't be my last. Love the outside space and location, although some people may say San Juan Capistrano is a bit out of the way there are sufficient good bars and restaurants on the doorstep to allow you to eat out without having to venture into town. Should you wish to go into town the bus stop for lhe local bus is right outside the front gate.
Have also got to give a special mention to Maribel and Ara who are always on hand to deal with any questions or issues you may have. Outwith a couple issues I raise in the improvement section, I would rate this property five stars all day long.
Mattress topper in master bedroom needs to be replaced as it is well past it's sell by date. Now like trying to on rocks, not comfortable.
Change of WiFi service provider as current reception very poor, can't watch sport without continuous buffering or dropping of signal.

A fabulous property in a great location
A fabulous property in a great location. The place was very clean, has great facilities. Some lovely touches like seats to use by the pool if you wanted ( we prefer to hire the sunbeds but this can be expensive at 3.50 euros a day per bed) great kitchen facilities, very easy to get to the pool directly opposite and also the supermarket. We have stayed in lots of different properties in San Juan over the years and this was the smartest and best presented by far. Not a huge view as some of them have but this was a great position for all the amenities.. if you want a villa with a better view you will have to deal with lots of stairs in this development to get to your property! Despite this the outside area was private and there somewhere to sunbath if you Wanted to.. both bedrooms have an e suite and there is a downstairs toilet. Washing facilities for clothes and a dishwasher so you don’t have to do your dishes by hand on holiday! The host was easy to deal with! Highly recommend!

It is a fair walk into Nerja but the bus stop is virtually outside the apartment and it is a euro for each journey. There is a supermarket opposite but was closed while we were there, couple of great bars/restaurants right on the doorstep. The walk into Nerja is about 20 minutes but if you are not real fit get the bus back it is a very steep hill, we had to put the car into second gear to get up it. The market is ten minutes away. The TV in the apartment had loads of different channels English and other, we took our firestick and used IPTV. We loved it so much we have booked to go back next year but sadly not in this apartment as it was booked up. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Unas vacaciones maravillosas
El apartamento es una maravilla. Muy amplio, cómodo, muy limpio con toda clase de detalles y todo nuevo. La cocina muy bien equipada . La piscina justo enfrente, con un supermercado y bares cercanos. Hemos pasado muchas vacaciones en Nerja y sin duda este es el mejor alojamiento donde hemos estado. Los anfitriones resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y nos dieron toda clase de indicaciones sobre los servicios de la zona.
