"I don’t like that pets were allowed in the breakfast area where people are eating. One lady brought her dog in from outside in the rain and the dog shook off his coat right next to a table where people were eating. Also, the parking garage is tight for oversized vehicles. The room had a safe, a microwave, a refrigerator and a kuerig. Was clean the water pressure in shower was very low pressure. Just took longer to rinse shampoo from hair. I would still go back. "All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order."

"Stayed here during my daughters US Finals Cheerleading competition. Room was clean and served its purpose for the stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was really small. Water came out of the shower a little which was frustrating , not sure why hotels are choosing that Outdoor pool was right outside of our room would have been great had it been open and rather was a little warmer. "While the front desk staff was not rude, she was not friendly and made no eye contact. The messages she sent checking on our welfare did not seem sincere. I know the carpet is hard to keep clean on the beachfront, so perhaps for this level of accommodations, hotels should consider tile floors. The carpet looked very dirty and seemed unsafe."
