Location is good, rooms excellent and staff very helpful indeed. Breakfast was excellent too and it was enjoyable to sit almost outside watching people walk past.
I can't fault it but would caution that it is an historic building and has no lift, although the staff offered to carry heavy baggage upstairs if needed.
