「Definitely the worst hotel experience of my life. My family and I checked into the hotel, then after checking in were asked to leave the hotel because we have two dogs. The Expedia page states "Pets are free", so we assumed it was ok. We agreed to leave, and were told we would be refunded by the receptionist. 「Had reservations but did not stay. Front desk person kept asking me for more money after I explained I booked through expedia online. He got verbally and visually annoyed and went silent, picked up the phone and called someone and spoke so I couldn't understand. After I waited he asked for money again and I told him forget it I was going elsewhere.」
