「This little house had everything you could think of needing and was actually a better price than some hotels! The AC worked great in the 100 degree days that we were there! There was a nicely furnished private little patio outside. It was within walking distance to a great pizza shop and Dairy Queen. Communication was great as well!Only suggestions I'd make are a newer couch as this one really sunk down and wasn't too comfortable to sit on. (But when you're out sightseeing you aren't sitting...

「Place was pretty small but ok for a couple. AC noise very loud so impossible to hear the TV or get much sleep. Blinds were warped, dirty, and missing wands. You will need a 4 wheel drive to access the property. Owner was very nice and responsive. Would recommend they fix the pathway, to the front door, as it is a tripping hazard.」

「The tiny house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. Close to the George Mickelson trail for some gravel biking, and also close to hiking trails. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Can't say enough about positive things about this stay, As someone needing a place that accommodates a pair of dogs, I couldn't have asked for more. An easily accessible yard coupled with a rustic cabin that is both comfy and pet friendly is not an easy find. We had another couple stay with us and we all appreciated the surroundings (beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks great for both people and dog walking) and easy access to both the Black Hills and and the conveniences of Rapid City....

「This was a wonderful stay for 3 generations of our family visiting our son at SDSMT. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. The beds and variety of pillow types encouraged great sleep after long days playing tourist! 「We looked at a lot of properties & I reached out to several of the owners with questions. Bear was the ONLY ONE that responded promptly-EVERY-TIME! That to us, was worth it! As far as the property goes, it was very clean, fully stocked & there was enough room for the 9 of us! The area was very quiet & we saw wildlife in the backyard. We definitely will be returning!」
