"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay. "Die buchung wurde mit Haus 34,0,whg 3. Leider gibt es hier keine 1.etage. Die Rezeption des Golfplätzen hat uns suchen helfen, die sagten, dass es bei belvilla oft Probleme gibt. Eigentlich wollten wir schon wieder abreisen. Letztlich war die richtige wohnung im Haus 43,0 Nr 3 am Nachmittag noch von einer Familie mit 2 Kids belegt und nicht gereinigt, auch die Fenster waren total verschmutzt. Wir lassen uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Rückerstattung."

Der Innenbereich ist sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, aber der Außenbereich ist zwar zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wirkt aber eher lieblos. Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden, aber die die üblichen TV-Programme konnten nicht gefunden werden und die Verwendung der Apps am Fernseher war aufgrund der geringen Geschwindigkeit des Internets nur eingeschränkt möglich.Alles in allem passt aber alles und man kann dort einen schönen...

"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is pretty. But the quality of my room was not very very okay. Just to mentioned, i booked the Junior Suite. They did offer me to move to another room, but it would be just a regular room. "
