This is a 2 bedroom with Queen bed in Bedroom 1 and Double bed + Single bed in Bedroom 2.

The apartment offers a kitchenette with sink, induction stove with single element, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and everything you'll need to prepare & serve meals here. The lounge offers comfy seating, SmartTV, WiFi and Views.

Access is via the steps at the side of the upper-level apartment. Parking is on-street on the quiet cul-de-sac road in front.

This comfortable, double glazed and well-equipped apartment offers affordable accommodation in a sought after residential location with an easy drive of the World of Wearable Arts Museum, Nelson Golf Course, Tahunanui Beach, the Nelson Waterfront, Stoke Brewery, Nelson CBD and much much more.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Please note this apartment is located below the separately accessed and separately bookable Pinnacle house. There is no open internal access between the Apartment & the house above unless the two parts of the property are booked together.

- Access to the apartment is via external steps.

- Parking here is on-street only (quiet cul-de-sac in a premium area with no through traffic).

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
