「全てがパーフェクト、3回目の滞在ですが来てよかった。」

「施設は新しくありませんが、清潔感はありました。 部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり便利でした。 洗濯洗剤と食器洗い機の洗剤は置いてありました。 大型スーパーとバス停までは徒歩5分、マリーナまで徒歩10分で便利でした。」

「Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. On checking we noted that there was plenty of coffee pods but no espresso...

「The property wasn’t worth 800 a night and it was more like a 30 min walk to shoal bay beach and not 3 mins like advertised. It was the only reason I booked it. Nothing vintage about the property more like old and wore. The bathroom door is rusty and it’s definitely not a two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom has a hot water service in the cupboards second bedroom. 」
