No pets. Security deposit will be lost with any signs of unapproved pets.

DEDICATED PARKING SPOT (ONE):
Just steps from the condo. We do not have a spot for a second car.

SKI LOCKER TO STORE YOUR GEAR:
There is a closet right outside the door to store your skis, snowboards, and other gear. The key is hanging on the key rack inside the front door to your left.

FREE FIREWOOD:
Free to use as you want. Located outside on condo steps/landing.

FIREPLACE:
Please make sure the flue is open before using.

LINENS, TOWELS, PAPER AND CLEANING PRODUCTS:
Extra linens, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels etc. and essential paper products including paper towels, hand soap, dish soap restocked prior to every check in.

COFFEE:
We have a Keurig type coffee maker and a standard drip coffee maker with filter. Please bring your own coffee. There is also a Starbucks in the Main Lodge (walking distance).

While we are home owners in Wintergreen we are no way affiliated with Wintergreen Inn Resort. As our guests you have access to:

—Lake Monocan: open to guests Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday *not Monday, Tuesday or Saturday* you can purchase a day pass for a fee.
—Wintergreen’s Stoney Creek 18 hole Golf course

For the safety of our guests and property, the condo has three exterior security cameras: (1) a Blink camera at the front entry monitoring the front door, and (2-3) two exterior cameras mounted on the back porch facing outward toward the ski slopes and sunrise/mountain views.
These cameras do not monitor any private areas or interior spaces.
