「No one on site, No BBQ, Obstructed boat ramp which could not be used as advertised.Needs a microwave and air conditioning. No wardrobes. No cleaning utensils i.e. a broom...You expected the place to be left tidy or we would have to pay for cleaning. We shouldn't be expected to go and buy cleaning equipment...」

「No air conditioning, no light bulb in lamp. Rooms were grubby including hair in the jug, bathroom and windowsills. Window did not lock as aerial went through it. Pool was dirty. View was great but the property was not worth the price paid.」

「Joel very helpfully arranged for a late check in for me in case I arrived after reception closed, which I was very grateful for after staying at a hotel that I was locked out of when arriving at 9pm, even though I’d called ahead and arranged for a late check-in. Joel’s competence in giving me a late check in was very much appreciated.」
