Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. "It’s a really quiet location. Perfect for a retreat or get away. The only downside is that the parking is limited, so don’t go in expecting a standard parking lot. The staff are all super memorable and quickly make an effort to learning your names. Everyone was super accommodating and I would definitely go again! The food choices at the hotel were superb, and there are plenty of other good choices close by if you want a variety of foods. Oh and the rooms! The rooms are so comfortable that it feels like you’re home! The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff leave no stone unturned."

"We have stayed at country country 3 times before .Thus last trip we were very disappointed and will not return. It’s so unfortunate because it’s a beautiful place on the beach and we have made friends with a few of the staff members who are now over worked due to new management. When we arrived and went to are room 524 and checked out the room and bed we discovered the bed had 4 large lumps in it. So we went to talk to the manager and she had very poor management skills and told us to flip the mattress are self and to see if that would work. Not at no time did she come and see the bed herself. We were there for 10 days and nothing was done except for a very thin mattress pad was put on the very hard mattress. At this point my husband took out the mattress from sofa sleeper and put on the bed . It only covered half the mattress so I slept on the hard mattress and he had some comfort but not really. We will return to Negril and stay at Coco LaPlam. ."

"Oh, the Azul! This resort is an absolute stunner, a true tropical paradise that offered us so many moments of pure joy. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome, their warm greetings and accommodating nature setting a fantastic tone for our stay. Our room? Immaculate! And the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking, a postcard-perfect panorama of the island's natural beauty. The vibrant energy of the bar staff near the entrance was infectious – always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. However, a slight dip in the otherwise stellar service occurred with the bar staff by the restaurant where breakfast was served. It felt a bit disheartening when they'd engross themselves in their own conversations, leaving us waiting a little longer than expected. On a brighter note, the security team patrolling the beach were absolute legends, super cool and always ensuring our peace of mind. And the breakfast servers? Genuinely friendly and attentive, adding a lovely start to our mornings. We were also promised a meeting with a resort representative to discuss our stay and receive a $100 credit, a perk we were looking forward to. Unfortunately, this meeting never materialized, and to our surprise, there was no follow-up or apology offered. A promised call from management to rectify this oversight also never came, leaving us feeling a bit let down. While the resort itself is undeniably gorgeous, and the beach and turquoise w"

"I had the best 5-day vacation at the Travelers Beach Resort! It was UNIQUE! The resort is right on the beach. We were within walking distance of everything. We felt safe walking to the stores on the street. Our cross guard at the hotel ensured our safety. I have never stayed at any resort where ALL the staff were excellent! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the grounds men, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, and so were the libations!😉 A big shout-out to our bartenders Romeo, Alex, and Ricky; they are the original mixologists. Another huge shout-out to our chefs for the delicious meal😋, and our waitress Kareen, and the others, I may have forgotten their names. Thank you, Andre, for making the rounds to check on your guest.😉 Our scuba diving instructor was amazing! Very patient! 😁We had such an amazing time, we started planning our next vacation before we left to return home. We hope to see all the same staff whenever we return. 💯 I recommend Travelers Beach Resort to anyone looking for a home away from home and wants to make or add family or friends.
