「Better hospitality at the front desk, the other staff was amazing 」

「My wife and I stayed with another couple for a week in the "Lower Reef House" condo. It was nicely finished, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Also, it is a very short, easy walk from this ground floor location to the beach and adjacent restaurant which may be important to less mobile guests. 「I think the pictures don't do this cute one bedroom justice. It's nice, clean and well-built. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere.」

Our driver, Billy, recommended by BHC was on time and easy to find at arrivals at MBJ. He's a good, professional driver. The premises of BHC lies on a beautiful property, with lush tropical vegetation throughout. Our condo was set back from the beach, and this was no...
